Our Promise
Every piece from Controlled Restraint is crafted with intention, precision, and quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within reason and within the limits of our craft.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
Final sale items, limited edition drops, and accessories such as jewelry or masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@controlledrestraint.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship your item back using the provided label within 7 days of approval.
Tip: Use the original packaging when possible to help protect the garment and reduce waste.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items purchased with a discount or during a sale may be eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email support@controlledrestraint.com. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import fees.
- We are not liable for returns lost in transit — please keep your tracking number.

Controlled Restraint reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions. All decisions are made to maintain fairness, integrity, and brand quality.
FAQs
How do I know if my item is final sale?
Final sale status appears on the product page and/or at checkout. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I return a gift?
We can issue store credit to the original purchaser or to the recipient (with proof of purchase). Email us with the order number if available.
When will my refund appear?
After inspection, refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How do I change or cancel my order?
